Supply
The supply process is the same wherever you live in mainland UK. The manufacturer
delivers the selected cooker directly to your home. The only difference then is who
assembles, installs and commissions the cooker. If you live within our local area
(within 50 miles radius of Ipswich) it will be one of our own engineers, elsewhere
in the UK it will be a local qualified tradesman. There is some flexibility in the
area we can serve, if you're in doubt then contact us.
Delivery and installation of new cooker
On confirmation of delivery, the installation process will begin. The order will
be checked ensuring it is complete and undamaged, then any necessary building works
will be undertaken, then the cooker will be assembled, installed and finally commissioned to
the manufacturer's specification.If you live within our local area then the work will be
undertaken by our own staff, if you live outside our local area then the work will be
undertaken by your selected local tradesmen.
