Alpha Colours
There are currently six boiler options available with outputs from 60,000
to 160,000 Btu per hour depending upon your heating requirements. A cooker only
version of the Alpha is also available.
All Alpha range cookers feature the very latest technology, the twin pressure jet
burners have an impressive efficiency rating.
The cookers come in various colours and the domed hot plate lids can be matched to
the colour of the cooker or can have Chrome or Brass inserts and fittings.
Features
- Cleaning - With its gracious curves and appearance, it has earned various awards
for its style and elegance. There are no hidden corners or edges for fats to stick to
- Cooking Capacity - It is capable of cooking a 50lb turkey in either of its ovens
which are the largest of its kind
- Hot Plates - These are ready to use within 10 minutes from cold with variable
temperature grades across its surface, the centre being the hottest point
- Noise - The Alpha is amongst the quietest cooker in its class
- Heating - From a flat with 4 radiators to a mansion with 36 plus radiators
