Advice and Assistance

The advice and assistance that is given varies depending upon where you live in the UK. The initial information gathering exercise is the same for all the UK, the only difference is who undertakes the site visit prior to the order being placed. If you live within our local area, we make a site visit, whereas if you live outside this local area then the site visit is made by a local qualified tradesman.

Cooker selection

We determine your cooking requirements, choice or choices of fuel and gather information about the location where you'd like the cooker to be installed. There are hundreds of models and specifications but be assured that our questions will begin to limit the choice until we arrive at the model or models From this information we can determine the model or models that meet your requirements and that they can be installed in the selected location. You can then decide on the model, its colour and specification knowing that you've got the right cooker.

Site inspection (Suffolk & Essex only)

If you live in our local area then a site visit will be made by one of our own engineers to verify the model selection and that it can be fitted in the selected location in your kitchen.

Site inspection (nationwide)

If you live outside our local area then the site visit will be made by a qualified local tradesman. We can supply the names of local installers and liaise as necessary to ensure that the selected cooker can be installed where selected.
